About the role

We are currently seeking to hire a GenAI Engineer at our head office New Delhi to further strengthen our software engineering & delivery team. We are looking for a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have solid problem-solving skills, solid programming expertise, and a proven track record of building scalable AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Develop AI agents and autonomous workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Fine-tune and evaluate machine learning and language models for specific business use cases.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and accuracy.
- Monitor, test, and optimize AI applications for scalability, reliability, and security.
