ROLE PURPOSE

Design and produce all of brand visual creative across social media, performance marketing, the website, and limited print working within the brand's established visual identity to deliver output that is consistently beautiful, brand-accurate, and built to perform. This is a high-output, detail-obsessed role for a designer who understands that in luxury, quality is non-negotiable and craft is everything.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Creative (Primary Output) Design all organic social creative for brand's Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn including static posts, carousels, Reels covers, Stories frames, and highlight covers. Every piece must feel editorial and aspirational, never templated or generic. Maintain the brand's visual consistency across the content calendar.
- Performance Marketing Creative Design all paid digital ad creative Meta (Facebook and Instagram) static and carousel ads, Google Display Network banners (all standard IAB sizes), and YouTube pre-roll thumbnail frames.



Performance creative must balance brand elegance with click-through intent — beautiful and effective, not just one or the other.
- Website Creative & UI Assets — Design all website creative assets — homepage hero banners, campaign landing page graphics, product feature banners, email header images, and seasonal promotional graphics. Work with the digital team to ensure assets are optimised for web (correct dimensions, file sizes, and formats).
- Email & CRM Creative — Design HTML email templates and individual campaign email graphics for brand’s clienteling and CRM communications — event invitations, current arrival announcements, loyalty programme communications, and personalised HNI mailers. These must feel premium and personal, never mass-market.
- Event & Boutique Collateral (Limited Print) — Design print-ready collateral for brans’s exclusive events and boutiques: invitation cards, event menus, branded place cards, thank-you cards, catalogue inserts, and in-boutique
