- Land title scrutiny
- Liaise with external legal counsels for necessary documentation/title opinions etc
- Drafting sale agreements/MOUs/Sale Deeds/any other transaction documents
- Provide legal advice based on the documents & practical situations
Skills Required:
- Should have handled real estate / land title scrutiny
- Depth knowledge of revenue documents
- Should have practical experience of revenue matters
- Litigation experience is an added advantage
- Collaboration
- Task oriented with sense of responsibility
