Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their investment goals and provide personalized solutions.
- Acquire recent clients through effective communication, market knowledge, and sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the stock broking industry, including NISM certification.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly to ensure optimal performance and make adjustments as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in equity trading or related field (stock broking).
- Strong background in client acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of NISM certification requirements for equity trading.
