About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial activities.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchase Orders (PO), Vendor Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
- Generate customer invoices and monitor outstanding receivables.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors/procurement.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Prepare MIS reports and support month-end/year-end closing activities.




- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

GST & TDS – Strong Hands-on Experience Required
- Handle GST calculation, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Perform GST reconciliation with GSTR-2B and books of accounts.
- Handle Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of TDS calculations as per applicable Income Tax provisions.
- Should have hands-on experience in TDS deduction, payment, quarterly TDS return filing, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Form 16A and TDS compliance.
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end TDS calculations and compliance.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, AP, AR, PO Management, Vendor Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – VLOO
