Job Overview

We are looking for a high-energy,



go-getter Talent Acquisition Executive with upto 2 years of experience in Non-IT hiring. If you are incredibly proactive, thrive in a fast-paced workplace, and are driven by the thrill of hitting targets, this role is for you.

As a recruiter for our Interior vertical, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions across domains such as Sales, Design, CRM, Operations and Supply Chain Management. You won't just post jobs and wait; you will actively hunt for top talent to fuel our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Proactive Sourcing: Headhunt and source passive candidates through diverse channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, local networks, and employee referrals.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct rigorous preliminary interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit, communication skills, and role alignment before presenting them to hiring managers.
