Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and maintain a social media presence that ensures a high level of web traffic and customer engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders and the marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into integrated marketing plans and coordinate execution across social media, performance marketing, content, design, automation, and external partners.
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, sales, research, compliance, technology, marketing teams etc.
- Support the development and execution of brand, product, acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, Design, Automation & Content Creator teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate the execution of digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels.




- Support marketing automation initiatives, customer journey planning, lead nurturing, and CRM-driven campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and work with channel owners to identify optimization opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Track project progress, manage dependencies, escalate risks, and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Assist in budget planning, vendor coordination, agency management, and campaign reporting.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer insights gathering to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on campaign performance, project status, and key marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to regulatory, compliance, and brand guidelines.
