Role Description
- Plan and design architectural layouts and prepare working drawings.
- Prepare and coordinate
municipal and authority submission drawings
.
- Work with
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and 3D visualization software
.
- Coordinate
IOD/CC, Fire NOC, Environmental and other statutory approvals
, as applicable.
- Handle liaison and coordination with
MBMC and other government/statutory authorities
.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Manage design modifications, sanctioned plans and approval-related documentation.
- Monitor projects from




concept, approvals and design through execution and completion
.
- Ensure compliance with
DCPR, development control regulations, building bye-laws, FSI/TDR and approval procedures
.

Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- B.Arch. / Equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience post qualification.
- Relevant experience in
real estate development, architectural planning and approval/liaison work
.
- Strong knowledge of statutory approvals and local development regulations.
- Proficient in
AutoCAD and other relevant architectural and 3D visualization software
.
- Proactive, technically strong and responsible, with the ability to
independently coordinate architectural work and facilitate project approvals
