Work Days & Timing: Monday to Saturday ( 10 am to 7 pm)

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.

* Partner with business leaders to hire high-quality talent across Relationship Managers, Operations, and other key functions.

* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.

* Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

* Manage employee onboarding, documentation, HR records, and induction processes.

* Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate employee records.

* Continuously improve hiring processes and help build a high-performance culture.

* Coordinate monthly payroll and ensure accurate attendance, leave, deductions, and salary-related inputs.





* Work closely with Finance/Accounts on payroll and employee-related payments.

* Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and statutory requirements.

* Maintain required employment documentation and records.

* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally.

* Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

* Coordinate with external consultants or legal professionals when required.
