- Be key shaper and driver to ensure all business results and projections are appropriately communicated to and interpreted by Leadership, and act as a trusted advisor to help them take the proper decisions to run their businesses. Full understanding of the business from sales and pipeline perspective, finance perspective, chargeability, etc.
- Peer to peer interaction with key areas (governance, Finance, HR, Capability, Sales Pricing Performance, etc) for business run, understanding key functions of the business to integrate all those areas. Drive strategy, key policy controls, process metrics and integration with other functional teams. Drives collaboration across a team including sales and business operations, finance, HR teams (weekly or daily basis).
