- Receive incoming raw materials, packing materials and other supplies and verify quantities against invoices/challans.
- Maintain proper storage, identification and systematic arrangement of materials and finished goods.
- Assist in maintaining stock records and carrying out periodic physical stock verification.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO, wherever applicable, for material and finished-goods movement.
- Pick and prepare finished goods against approved sales orders, invoices or dispatch instructions.
- Ensure correct product, batch, quantity and packaging before dispatch.
- Coordinate packing, labelling, carton marking and preparation of goods for transportation.
- Assist in preparation and checking of invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, transport documents and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier companies and logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
- Handle Amazon FBA and other e-commerce dispatches,



including carton preparation, labelling, shipment verification and handover to pickup partners.
- Maintain proper records of dispatched material, transporter details, LR/AWB numbers and proof of dispatch.
- Monitor pending dispatches and promptly report delays, shortages, damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness, proper stacking and safety standards in the stores and dispatch area.
- Support stock reconciliation and investigation of inventory differences.
- Coordinate with Production, Accounts, Sales and Logistics teams for smooth movement of goods.
- Ensure all dispatches are completed according to company procedures and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
