Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java/AWS Full Stack Technical Lead with 9–14 years of experience, preferably 10+ years, in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.

The candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, and modern frontend technologies such as Angular or React. The role requires a strong technical leader who can own end-to-end delivery, drive architecture and solution design, mentor development teams, and engage with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership




- Lead the technical design and development of enterprise-scale applications.
- Drive architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and technical decision-making.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, architecture, security, and performance standards.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and complex production issues.

Java & Backend Development
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain Microservices-based architectures.
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
- Apply appropriate design patterns and enterprise architecture principles.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot complex application issues.

Full Stack Development
- Strong experience in modern frontend development using Angular and/or React.
- Work across both backend and frontend layers to deli
