Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Operations Executive to manage and optimise critical

data operations processes across multiple marketing and publisher platforms. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for ensuring accurate conversion tracking, attribution management, revenue reporting, and seamless

coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, operational

excellence, and a high degree of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Data Operations & Attribution Management
- Take complete ownership of daily operational activities for the Data team, including weekend coverage

(with a compensatory day off provided in lieu).
- Monitor, validate, and upload offline conversions across multiple publisher and advertising platforms.
- Ensure accurate conversion attribution and maintain data integrity across all platforms.
- Conduct daily audits and platform checks to verify that conversions are being tracked, attributed, and

reported correctly.

Reporting & Analytics
- Create, maintain, and validate daily,



weekly, and monthly revenue reports for business stakeholders.
- Analyse operational data to identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and opportunities for process

improvement.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery of business-critical performance metrics.

Stakeholder Management & Issue Resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve data and attribution-related issues.
- Proactively identify process gaps, escalate concerns, and follow through until resolution.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding operational performance, tracking issues, and

process updates

Process Excellence
- Support implementation and optimisation of operational workflows and reporting processes.
- Maintain documentation for data operations procedures and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, a
