About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing strong business relationships, generating sales opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline.
The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a target-driven US staffing sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other lead-generation channels.
- Research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities within the US staffing market.
- Build,
develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct regular cold calls, prospecting, follow-ups, and sales presentations to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, terms, and service agreements with clients.
- Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all prospects.
- Update and maintain accurate client information, activities, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and changing requirements within the US staffing industry.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful client delivery
