Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused IT Support Engineer (L1) with hands-on experience in desktop support, Microsoft 365, Windows administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, and basic networking.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, Windows OS & application issues.

Install, configure & troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.

Manage Microsoft 365 users, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive & basic SharePoint.

Handle password resets, shared mailboxes, distribution groups & user permissions.

Install and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and manage Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.

Log, prioritize and resolve support tickets within defined SLA timelines.

Troubleshoot hardware failures, software issues and endpoint security/antivirus.

Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP issues.

Support user onboarding, offboarding,



account creation and access management.

Maintain IT asset inventory, technical documentation, SOPs & knowledge base articles.

ITSM/Ticketing Tools – ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, ManageEngine or similar

Remote Support Tools – AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Quick Assist

IT Asset Management & Technical Documentation

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
