A key aspect of the role is to champion the benefits of automation across the organization, encourage continuous professional growth within the team, and produce robust technical documentation and user guides to support the adoption of automated processes. Effective leadership, combined with a deep understanding of cybersecurity and automation, will drive the team towards achieving enhanced security efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Own the onsite security automation team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure the effectiveness of security operations
- Continuously supervise andmaintainthe automation platform and ensure that all systems and applications are up to date with the latest security patches and updates
- Supervise the design, implementation,



and maintenance ofautomationplaybooks and systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
- Manage the integration of current and existing security tools and platforms, ensuring theyoperatecohesively and optimally.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
- Continuously supervise and improve the organizations security posture, staying ahead of with the latest threats and standard methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders toestablishand supervise KPIs related toSAFeimplementation
- Generate andmaintainsecurity reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review
- Keep up to date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and provide recommendations for improving security operations
- Build and deliver knowledge sharing presentations and documentation to educate developers and operations
