About the Role

HCMXGE – Yenepoya University, Bengaluru Campus is looking for an Admission Executive to drive student admissions for its MBA Dual Specialisation Program.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and student queries.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Guide students through the application, documentation, and admission process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.

Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in education sales, admissions, counselling, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
