Product Manager E3 Group

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Location: New Delhi / NCR (Okhla)

Reporting To: Business Head / Director

Role Summary

Responsible for managing the product portfolio, identifying market opportunities, launching new products, and driving revenue and profitability across E3 Groups businesses.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop product strategy and manage the complete product lifecycle.

* Conduct market, customer and competitor research.

* Identify and launch recent products based on market requirements.

* Manage product pricing, positioning and profitability.

* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D;, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

* Develop product presentations, catalogues and sales-training material.

* Track product-wise sales, margins,



market share and SKU performance.

* Gather feedback from dealers, distributors, architects, designers and key customers.

* Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and product improvement.

Requirements

* Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDM (Marketing) Mandatory

* 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Category Management or Business Development.

* Experience in building materials, plywood/MDF, laminates, edgebands, furniture, interiors or architectural products preferred.

* Strong analytical, commercial, communication and project-management skills.
