About the Role

We are looking for a creative leader with solid experience in social media, presentations, events, AV content, and creative communication, preferably with exposure to government projects and tenders.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the creative team, developing impactful presentations and campaigns, and ensuring seamless coordination between creative, social media, video, design, and tender teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the social media and creative team.
- Develop creative concepts and communication strategies for social media, events, campaigns, and government projects.
- Create and deliver high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and AV presentations.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content teams, and other creative resources.




- Manage internal team coordination, work allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with the tender/bid team to understand requirements and develop compelling creative presentations and proposals.
- Conceptualize creative solutions for government events.
- Review and ensure the quality and consistency of all creative outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, visual communication, presentation styles, and digital content trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in creative management, advertising, media, digital marketing, events, or communications.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital content strategy.
- Hands-on understanding of graphic design, video production, presentations, and AV
