The Branch Manager will be responsible for the complete management of the appliances showroom, including sales, staff performance, customer service, inventory, promotions, daily operations, and achievement of branch sales and profitability targets.

* Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
* Prepare sales plans and strategies to increase showroom revenue.
* Monitor category-wise and salesperson-wise sales performance.
* Improve customer conversion rate and average billing value.
* Focus on high-value products and profitable product categories.

* Lead, motivate, and supervise the complete showroom sales team.
* Set individual targets for sales staff and promoters.
* Conduct daily morning meetings and sales reviews.
* Monitor salesperson performance and productivity.
* Train staff on product features, comparisons, offers, finance schemes, and sales techniques.
* Maintain staff discipline, attendance, grooming,



and customer-handling standards.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.

3. Customer Management

* Ensure excellent customer service and showroom experience.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly.
* Support sales staff in difficult negotiations and high-value purchases.
* Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
* Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality.

4. Product & Inventory Management

* Monitor stock availability of refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, TVs, microwaves, kitchen appliances, and other products.
* Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for stock requirements.
* Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
* Reduce stock ageing and prevent unnecessary inventory accumulation.
* Ensure proper product display, pricing, and merchandising.
* Monitor damaged, display, and dead-stock products.
