Job Summary

We are looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the technical development of large-scale, production-grade Machine Learning systems.

You will work across ML model development, data pipelines, distributed processing, deployment, monitoring, and ML infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale ML systems.
- Build and deploy production ML models.
- Improve model accuracy, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design and scale ML data-processing pipelines.
- Develop ETL and distributed data-processing workflows.
- Build ML libraries, frameworks, and internal tools.
- Monitor and maintain production ML systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Work with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills




- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Machine Learning experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Expert Python.
- Strong PySpark experience.
- Strong SQL.
- Production ML deployment experience.
- Distributed computing and large-scale datasets.
- Linux and system administration.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
