Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Fresher to join our team. The candidate will work with business data, prepare reports and dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from different sources.
- Analyze data using Excel and SQL.
- Create reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Perform data validation and identify data quality issues.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for business teams.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
- Maintain and update existing reports and dashboards.
- Work with team members to understand reporting requirements.
- Document analysis, reports, and processes.

Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and data visualization.
- Understanding of data cleaning and data analysis concepts.




- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn current tools and technologies.

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of Python/Pandas.
- Understanding of Power Query.
- Basic knowledge of statistics.
- Knowledge of databases and data visualization.
