Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of heavy earthmoving machinery - Dumper, Loader & Excavator
- Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory,and vendor coordination
- Ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency
- Lead a team of technicians and supervisors for site maintenance activities
- Implement safety and compliance standards across maintenance operations
