We're looking for a KYC Specialist to help deliver a seamless, secure, and compliant customer onboarding experience while supporting the evolution of our compliance operations.

What You'll Do
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks for individual customers.
- Review and verify customer identity documents and onboarding information in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct sanctions, PEP (Politically Exposed Persons), and adverse media screening.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate high-risk or suspicious cases to the Compliance team.




- Ensure timely completion of customer onboarding while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
- Liaise with Customer Experience teams to resolve documentation deficiencies and onboarding queries.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of customer verification and compliance checks.
- Support periodic KYC reviews and remediation exercises for existing customers.
- Monitor compliance with AML/KYC policies and assist in implementing process improvements.
- Contribute to the development of scalable onboarding workflows, SOPs, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to improve onboarding efficiency and customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in KYC, AML, Compliance Operations, or Customer Due Diligence.
- Experience working in fintech, banking, payments, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions
