*About the Role*

As a growing Legal Tech AI company, we are hiring an HR Operations Executive to build a structured and scalable employee experience. This role will be critical in ensuring seamless onboarding, accurate documentation, efficient HR processes, and solid operational compliance as we continue to expand. Your work will directly impact employee productivity, engagement, and overall business growth.

*What you'll own*
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and compliance documentation.
- Handle offer letters, employment contracts, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other departments for HR-related activities.
- Manage HRMS and employee databases, preferably using Zoho People and other Zoho tools.
- Track attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.




- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and maintain HR dashboards.

*What Were Looking For*
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, or other Zoho applications.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, documentation, HR compliance, and HR operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to have worked in a technology, SaaS, AI, or Legal Tech company.
