Job Summary

The GeM Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, preparing, submitting, and monitoring government tenders through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other e-procurement portals. The candidate will handle tender documentation, compliance, coordination with internal departments, bid submission, and post-submission follow-up for security surveillance products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Search, identify, and monitor relevant tenders on the GeM Portal, CPP Portal, State e-procurement portals, PSU portals, and other government tender platforms.
- Study tender documents, including eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, EMD, security deposit, and other requirements.
- Evaluate tender eligibility and prepare tender participation summaries for management approval.
- Prepare and compile complete tender documents within stipulated deadlines.




- Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, compliance sheets, declarations, undertakings, and other supporting documents.
- Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, properly signed, stamped, and submitted as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Purchase, Accounts, Legal, and Management teams for required information and documents.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and principals for authorization letters, datasheets, certificates, technical compliance, and other tender-related documents.
- Prepare and upload bids on GeM and other e-procurement portals.
- Ensure timely submission of bids, EMD/BG, tender fees, and other financial requirements wherever applicable.
- Maintain a tender calendar and ensure that no important tender deadline is missed.
- Monitor tender corrigendums, amendments, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and extensions.
