We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential students, colleges, institutions, and corporate clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the business development team in converting leads into enrollments or collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, Google, social media, and other online platforms.
- Identify and research potential students interested in training, internships, certifications, and career programs.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads.
- Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand the prospect's requirements and explain relevant EdTech programs.
- Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, requirements, and budget.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Schedule counselling calls or meetings with the sales/counselling team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status.
- Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Research colleges, universities, training institutes, and potential institutional partners.
- Support the Business Development team in college outreach and partnership activities.
- Track lead conversion and prepare basic reports.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Ability to communicate professionally through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Ability to research and identify potential customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, Education Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation.
- Experience with CR
