- A fresher looking to start a career in Sales
- Currently working in B2C Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales or Business Development
- Someone with strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Highly motivated by targets and incentives
- Confident, energetic and willing to learn

We are looking for strong sales aptitude, communication skills, confidence, resilience and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls and engage prospective customers.




- Understand customer requirements and identify their needs.
- Explain CloudHire's products/services and communicate their value effectively.
- Handle customer questions, concerns and objections.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Work toward individual sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Participate in training, role-plays, call reviews and coaching sessions.
- Continuously improve your sales pitch and closing skills.
