Job Summary

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Global Capability Owner (GCO) Global Archetype Controlling to lead the end-to-end delivery, governance, and transformation of controlling activities across countries, business units, and Controlling Capability Centers globally. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent execution, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with global finance standards while driving standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across the controlling organization.

You will lead a globally distributed team across capability hubs in Bangalore, San Luis Potos, Xiamen, and Krakow, with Archetype Leads reporting directly into the role. As a key partner to Business Units, Regions, and CPO, you will help shape the future operating model through process harmonization, digital transformation, and enhanced business partnering capabilities.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Define, govern, and continuously evolve the global archetype controlling model, driving harmonization, standardization,



and alignment with business and finance strategies across regions and business units.
- Lead the delivery of controlling services across global Controlling Capability Centers, ensuring consistent execution, service excellence, adherence to standards, and effective demand and capacity management.
- Establish and maintain standardized controlling processes, service catalogues, and clear ownership models while optimizing activities to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency.
- Act as the primary interface between Capability Centers, Business Units, Regions, BU CFOs, Hub Controllers, Local Controllers, and other stakeholders, enabling robust business partnering and effective decision support.
