We’re Hiring | Web Developer | 1–2 Years Experience

Growthians Marketing is looking for a Web Developer who can also handle static ad creative design to join our growing team in Bangalore.

This is a hands-on agency role where you’ll work across website development, creative production, AI tools and digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize and maintain websites using WordPress and Shopify
- Build responsive, user-friendly and conversion-focused web pages
- Work with Elementor and other website builders
- Troubleshoot website issues and implement fixes
- Make website updates, improvements and optimizations
- Create static ad creatives for Meta, Google and other digital campaigns
- Design social media and advertising creatives using Canva
- Collaborate with the SEO, performance marketing and creative teams
- Explore and implement recent AI-powered website and creative tools

Requirements

Must Have
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with WordPress
- Hands-on experience with Shopify
- Good understanding of responsive web design




- Ability to independently handle website updates and troubleshooting
- Ability to create professional static ad creatives
- Good working knowledge of Canva
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership

Good to Have
- Experience with AI website builders / AI tools
- Experience using AI tools for creative production
- Experience with Elementor or similar page builders
- Basic understanding of SEO and website performance
- Basic understanding of digital advertising creatives
