Role Description
The Senior Technical Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara,



responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional positions. This role includes managing full-life cycle recruiting activities such as intake meetings with hiring managers, crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection and offer processes. The Senior Technical Recruiter will build and maintain solid relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, provide consultative insights on market trends, and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate data in recruitment systems, tracking key metrics, and continuously improving sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals. The role requires close collaboration with the broader recruitment team to support high-priority requisitions and drive best practices across the organization.
