- Enter customer orders accurately, track shipments, and update delivery timelines.
- Answer client calls or emails, resolve issues, and send price quotes.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare presentations or proposals.
- Update CRM software, maintain client databases, and generate regular sales performance reports.
- Work with marketing, finance, and inventory teams to align campaigns and product availability.
- Payment follow-ups, Co-ordinate with RSM,SO, BDO to sales and collection follow-ups.
- prepare MIS Report.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
