Role Overview
A leading footwear manufacturing company is looking for a Factory Head / Technical Head to lead plant operations and drive improvements across production planning, technical operations and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Rubber & EVA Compounding, Moulding, EVA Injection, Stockfitting and Outsole Painting.
- Strengthen production planning, capacity planning and quality systems.
- Drive technical improvements and process excellence for international sports footwear standards.
- Lead plant turnaround, productivity and quality improvement initiatives.
- Build and manage the production and technical team.
- Handle customer audits,
process validation and technical specifications.
- Drive capacity expansion, new product introduction and machinery upgrades.
Candidate Profile
- 15–20+ years in footwear / rubber / EVA soling manufacturing.
- Strong experience in sports footwear components preferred.
- Solid knowledge of rubber/EVA compounding, moulding, injection and quality.
- Proven factory leadership / plant transformation experience.
- Engineering background in Rubber, Polymer, Mechanical or Production Engineering preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Tamil Nadu
