About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptionally strong English communication skills.

English communication is a critical requirement for this role. The candidate must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently in spoken and written English and work effectively with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, train,



and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems.

Build scalable ML pipelines for data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Work with structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.

Develop and optimize predictive models using appropriate ML/DL techniques.

Work with modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG, and AI agents, where relevant.

Implement model evaluation, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, well-documented production-quality code.

Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
