Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development & Customer Acquisition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive, aerospace, industrial, defense, medical, and engineering sectors.
- Generate leads through customer visits, exhibitions, online platforms, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and procurement teams.
- Support the sales team in customer acquisition and retention activities.

2. RFQ & Proposal Management
- Receive and review customer RFQs, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and costing teams for quote preparation.
- Submit commercial offers and follow up for order closure.
- Maintain RFQ status and conversion reports.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and industry developments.
- Monitor competitor pricing, capabilities, certifications, and product offerings.
- Identify potential sectors and customers for business expansion.

4. Customer Relationship Management




- Conduct regular customer meetings and plant visits.
- Address customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments for timely responses.
- Support customer audits, capability presentations, and technical discussions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

5. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Promote company machining capabilities through brochures, presentations, websites, and social media.
- Develop marketing materials highlighting CNC machining, VMC/HMC operations, fabrication, precision engineering, and quality certifications.
- Coordinate participation in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and vendor meets.

6. Coordination with Engineering & Production
- Work closely with design, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Understand manufacturing processes and customer specifications.
- Coordinate feasibility studies and current product development activities.
