ROLE OBJECTIVE

To lead the design, development, modernization, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital platforms for Bajaj Capital's financial services ecosystem. The VP Engineering will convert business priorities into secure, scalable, high-performing technology solutions while building engineering discipline across architecture, delivery, QA, DevOps, automation, and production support.

ROLE SUMMARY
- Own end-to-end engineering execution across requirement analysis, architecture, development, testing, deployment, production rollout, and platform support.
- Partner closely with business, product, operations, compliance, infrastructure,



and security teams to define roadmaps and deliver technology outcomes.
- Lead modernization of legacy systems through cloud-native architecture, APIs, microservices, DevOps, automation, observability, and secure engineering practices.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while establishing robust governance, release discipline, sprint discipline, and stakeholder communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business & Technology Leadership
- Partner with senior business leaders and product stakeholders to understand strategic and operational requirements.
- Define technology roadmaps aligned to business growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance needs.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across applications, platforms, workflows, integrations, and enterprise systems.
- Present technology plans, delivery updates, risks, investment needs, and trade-offs to leadership stakeholders.
