Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media for our exclusively managed properties — content, calendars, posting, and community engagement.
- Create content, captions, stories, basic creatives, and marketing collateral.
- Independently plan, launch, manage, and optimise
Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns
.
- Track campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics and implement testing/optimisation strategies.
- Maintain property content, pricing, room details, and listings across our website and other platforms.
- Execute campaigns across social media, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Support host acquisition initiatives, events, exhibitions, and partner activities.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and other marketing vendors.
- Bring recent ideas for campaigns, content, creatives, and growth.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience
in digital marketing,



performance marketing, social media, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience independently managing
Meta Ads
from setup to optimisation.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Strong content creation and communication skills.
- Comfortable with Canva or similar design tools.
- Creative, analytical, organised, and willing to take ownership.
- Passion for travel and hospitality is a big plus.
