Looking for an IT Recruiter with
1–3 years of US staffing experience
, preferably working with
System Integrators / IT Services companies like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, HCL, LTI etc.
to handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end
US IT recruitment
from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through
LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
.
- Work on technologies such as
Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, SAP, QA, and Infrastructure
.
- Screen candidates for
technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, rate, and availability
.
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, feedback, offers, and follow-ups.
- Work with
Account Managers and Hiring Managers




to understand requirements and close positions.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
- Handle multiple requirements in a
quick-paced US staffing environment
.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in
US IT Staffing/Recruitment
.
- Experience working with
System Integrators or IT consulting firms
preferred.
- Knowledge of
US work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)
.
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of
Boolean search
.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with
ATS/CRM and recruiting tools
