Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and follow-up on payments.
- Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or meetings to resolve queries related to products and services.
- Assist in generating offers, quotations, proformas invoices, sales orders, sales invoices, and other documents as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production planning) to ensure seamless order execution and fulfillment.
