Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. The Customer Care Representative will respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring explicit and helpful communication. The role includes resolving issues related to subscriptions, access, and content, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks involve documenting interactions, following up on open cases, and escalating complex issues when needed. The representative will also gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve services and user experience.

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.




- Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction through empathetic and solution-focused interaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional business context.
- Solid Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, identify patterns, and suggest improvements.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Dubai, with reliable remote work setup.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple customer requests.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in digital services or media, is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common customer support tools and basic office software.
