Job Description
Tareza Pvt. Ltd. is an IT company delivering software development, website development, and payment gateway integration services, with a strong focus on government and public sector clients across Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
We are looking for an E-Governance Manager who can independently identify new government projects, build department relationships, and translate client requirements into a clear scope of work for our in-house development team. This is a dual role part field-driven business development, part solution consulting.
Key Responsibilities
*Business Development*
- Identify recent e-governance and digitalization opportunities across state government departments, boards, corporations, and PSUs
- Conduct field visits to government offices; build and maintain relationships with officials and decision-makers
- Cold call and generate qualified leads independently
- Track tenders on eProcurement portals, GeM, and departmental websites; coordinate bid documentation and submissions
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, demos, and commercial proposals
*Solution & Requirement Definition*
- Understand the client's functional requirements through discussions and site study
- Prepare a basic requirement blueprint / scope document (process flow, modules, user roles, deliverables) for the in-house development team
- Act as the bridge between the client and the technical team clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and manage change requests
*Delivery Coordination*
- Track project progress against agreed timelines and keep the client informed
- Coordinate UAT, demonstrations, and go-live with the client department
- Handle post-delivery issues and escalations; ensure closure with the technical team
- Support documentation, training, and handover activities
Required Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B / government sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting, preferably with an IT services or software company
