JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and numbers-driven MIS specialist to join our Marketing team. The incumbent shall serve as the analytical backbone of the marketing department, bridging finance, procurement, and brand teams. They shall be responsible for Marketing Management Information Systems (MIS), oversee the complete Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Requisition (PR) lifecycle within SAP, and track marketing budgets, campaign spends, and ROI to ensure operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

1 SAP Operations (PO & PR Management)
- Manage and execute the end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle in SAP for all marketing activities, vendor payments, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, finance, and external vendors to ensure timely creation, tracking, and closure of POs.
- Monitor budget utilization against active POs and flag variances or potential overruns to the Marketing Head immediately.




- Ensure strict adherence to company compliance and internal audit controls for all financial transactions in SAP.

2 MIS & Data Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards and reports for the marketing leadership team.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as marketing spend vs. budget, campaign performance metrics, trade spend efficiency, and promotional ROI.
- Generate regular variance analysis reports explaining deviations between actual spends and forecasted budgets.
- Consolidate sales data, market research insights, and distribution metrics to assist brand managers in strategic planning.

3 Budgeting & Financial Control
- Assist the Marketing Head in annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing budget planning and allocation.
