Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our internal finance, accounting, payroll, and statutory compliance functions.

The role will involve managing and reviewing the work of our outsourced finance partner, while progressively strengthening and developing in-house finance processes.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for general accounting, end-to-end payroll for 350+ employees, direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and monthly management reporting (MIS).

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Month-End Close
- Oversee day-to-day General Ledger (GL),



Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closure of books.
- Review bank, ledger, and other account reconciliations.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Registers, prepaid expense schedules, and inter-company balances.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

2. Payroll Management & Oversight
- Supervise the end-to-end monthly payroll process for 350+ employees in coordination with HR/Payroll.
- Ensure accurate payroll calculations, statutory deductions, and salary disbursements.
- Oversee Full & Final (FnF) settlements.
- Review and resolve payroll-related employee queries.
- Ensure payroll processes are completed accurately and within defined timelines.

3. Statutory & Tax Compliance

Direct Taxation
- Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS.
- Oversee preparation and quarterly filing of Form 24Q and 26Q.
