What You'll Do
RFP Response & Content Management (30%)
- Act as the primary liaison between our operations team and the central business development unit, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.
- Lead the development of comprehensive and compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and our operational strengths.
- Translate current operational capabilities and service delivery models into clear, concise,



and persuasive content for proposals and presentations.
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update a robust repository of case studies, success stories, and detailed operational documentation to support RFP responses and new deal pursuits.
- Ensure all relevant operational details are accurately captured and articulated to showcase our unique value proposition.

Customized Solutions Development (25%)
- Design and develop tailored business process operational solutions across various service lines, including:
- Field operations e.g. on-ground data collection, real world device testing
- Location-based services e.g. street level geo data capture,
- Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI) human-in-the-loop training
- Data annotation and labelling
- Customer support service desk for Newgen services e.g. autonomous vehicles
- Collaborate closely with operations, technology, and sales teams to ensure proposed solu
