- Create current product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify website, and other marketplaces.
- Create and manage Amazon A+ Content for product listings.
- Improve existing listings by updating titles, keywords, bullet points, descriptions, and product information.
- Add creative and attractive listing images to improve product presentation.
- Coordinate with the designer for new product images and listing creatives.
- Use ChatGPT/AI tools to create product images and creatives and upload them to marketplaces.
- Update the Amazon Brand Store when products are discontinued or new products are launched.
- Check product pricing across all marketplaces and ensure the correct price is displayed on the buyer portal.
- Coordinate with the warehouse manager regarding stock availability.
- Add and update inventory across all marketplaces and the Shopify website.




- Regularly check stock levels and ensure inventory is updated correctly.
- Check and monitor orders across all marketplaces and the Shopify website.
- Ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time.
- Track wrong, missing, and damaged product returns.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/warehouse team regarding return issues.
- Follow up on return claims and ensure eligible claims are approved and settled.
- Contact marketplace seller support for listing, pricing, catalogue, account, or other marketplace-related issues.

Handle customer calls, emails, queries, and product-related inquiries
