Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, with adaptable EST/PST overlap when required
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior FDE / Resident Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, Data Engineering, Spark/PySpark, and Cloud Data Platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong consulting and solution architecture experience while still being comfortable with hands-on development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Databricks-based Data Engineering solutions
- Manage and deliver 6–8+ Databricks projects with hands-on development
- Work with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and architecture
- Design scalable and high-performance data solutions
- Implement CI/CD practices for production deployments
- Work extensively with Apache Spark / PySpark and distributed computing
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay updated with Databricks features and MLOps practices
- Contribute to performance optimization and production improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Data Engineering & Analytics experience
- 10+ years of Consulting experience
- Hands-on experience with Databricks across 6–8+ projects
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional certification
- Strong Spark / PySpark experience
- Experience with 2+ Cloud platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP
- Deep expertise in at least one cloud ecosystem
- Strong Azure Data Engineering experience
- Experience with CI/CD
- Hands-on development experience
- Full Stack Development experience

- Spark Runtime Internals
- MLOps / MLflow
- Databricks performance optimization
- Cluster and query optimization
- Lakehouse / Delta Lake architecture
