Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic outbound sales efforts. The role requires experience in B2B IT services, software development sales, or SaaS solutions, with a strong focus on the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate qualified leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and other outbound channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Schedule and participate in discovery calls to understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to create customized proposals and solutions for prospects.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.




- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Track and report key sales metrics, including outreach activities, meetings scheduled, pipeline status, and conversions.
- Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 35 years of experience in Business Development, IT Services Sales, Software Services Sales, or SaaS Sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting.
- Robust understanding of the B2B sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Experience engaging with US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
