Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for IT projects, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for software applications using Agile methodologies.
- Analyze complex business problems and identify solutions that meet customer needs through data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of new systems or changes to existing ones.
Job Requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role as Business Analyst or related field (e.g., technical consulting).
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum) as well as Waterfall methodology.
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise user stories from high-level requirements documents like BRDs or FRDs.
