Role & responsibilities
- Drive overall business growth and deliver sales & share targets for the E-Commerce channel.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and develop Joint Business Plans (JBP).
- Plan and execute the 6P strategy across promotions, activations, content, pricing and visibility.
- Partner with Brand, Digital, Customer Development and Operations teams to execute online strategies.
- Identify emerging E-Commerce formats, consumer trends and new business opportunities.
- Leverage analytics and platform insights to identify growth opportunities and develop long-term plans.
- Manage customer-level spends, budgets and P&L.;
- Own Customer Business Planning (CBP) and ensure effective stock planning and operational efficiencies.
- Drive customer engagement, T2T initiatives, claims management and commercial planning.
- Share E-Commerce learnings,
best practices and actionable insights across the organization.

Candidate Profile
- MBA in Marketing/Sales from a Tier 1 Institute preferred.
- Engineers from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes with strong Sales/P&L; exposure may also be considered.
- 4+ years of experience in Sales / Contemporary Trade / E-Commerce.
- Strong understanding of customer management, commercial planning, analytics and P&L.;
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strategic customer relationships.
