The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with orders, returns, product-related queries, and issue resolution through chat and voice support. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer queries through Chat and Voice channels. - Assist customers with orders, returns, and product-related queries. - Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. - Provide professional and courteous customer service. - Follow process guidelines and maintain required quality standards. - Accurately record and update customer information when required. Candidate Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
